Delete your Mira account

Effective 9 September 2026 · 2026-09-09

Request account deletion by email

Use the in-app flow when possible

In Mira, open You → Settings → Delete Account and follow the confirmation and recent-authentication steps. Deletion is asynchronous and the app will not claim completion until the defined deletion state is reached.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the app, email alexdeveloper909@gmail.com. Where possible, write from the address associated with the Apple or Google sign-in and name only the provider used. Do not send a password, access token, conversation, task list, memory content, or payment information. Mira may require a proportionate authenticated step.

What is removed

A verified request blocks new changes, cancels schedules and pending work, and removes the profile, preferences, tasks, routines, occurrences, reminders, saved memories, temporary session content and audio, devices and push tokens, derived summaries, and permitted subscription metadata. Apple and Google sign-ins are separate accounts; request deletion for each account you want removed.

Limited temporary retention

Bounded queue or failure metadata, content-free deletion evidence, production logs for up to 30 days, and inaccessible backup copies may remain temporarily before expiry. Minimal billing, security, legal, support, or rights-request evidence may be retained where required. These items are not available as normal application records.

Subscription warning

Deleting your Mira account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately in Apple App Store or Google Play settings. Store refund and access rules continue to apply.
