Mira Terms of Use

Effective 20 September 2026 · 2026-09-20

Operator, eligibility, and agreement

Mira is operated by Oleksandr Tokariev. Contact alexdeveloper909@gmail.com. You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these Terms. By affirmatively accepting the displayed version and using Mira, you agree to it. Mandatory consumer rights where you live still apply.

The service

Mira is a personal productivity AI agent that can converse, create and manage tasks and routines, schedule reminders and follow-ups, transcribe voice messages, use web research, and retain permitted non-sensitive memory. Features may change as the service develops.

Mira is not an emergency service and does not guarantee that any reminder or notification will arrive. You remain responsible for deadlines, decisions, input accuracy, device connectivity, notification settings, and obtaining qualified advice where appropriate.

AI and web-research limitations

AI-generated or researched output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify important information and do not rely on Mira as professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice. Web sources and third-party services have their own content and terms.

You control what you submit. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. You keep ownership of your content and grant Mira a limited licence to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and transform it only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

Account and acceptable use

Keep your Apple or Google account and device secure. Apple and Google sign-ins create separate Mira accounts even when email addresses match. You are responsible for activity under your account.

  • Do not access another person’s account or content.
  • Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security except where law expressly permits.
  • Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deliberately deceptive content.
  • Do not use Mira to harm people, violate law, or operate unsupported high-risk or automated systems.

Starter access, trial, and subscriptions

The one-time limited starter experience is provided by Mira and is not a subscription or store free trial. It may allow a bounded number of messages, one voice message, and one commitment lifecycle before a subscription is required for additional creation or full-access features.

Mira offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Eligible users may receive a seven-day store-authorized introductory trial. The store shows the applicable localized price and eligibility before authorization.

Full access includes fair-use allowances that Mira may adjust over time. The introductory period currently includes 30 user messages and 15 minutes of voice. A paid subscription currently includes 500 user messages and 120 minutes of voice per billing period. Tasks, routines, reminders, and follow-ups are not counted against a quota and are subject to reasonable use only.

A voice message counts as one user message and also consumes voice minutes; notifications Mira sends you do not consume any allowance. Reaching an allowance pauses only new agent chat, new voice processing, and chat-initiated web research until the period resets or a different plan applies. Existing tasks, routines, reminders, follow-ups, Morning Brief, notification actions, memory controls, and privacy, account, and subscription controls keep working, and a blocked attempt consumes nothing.

If you authorize a trial, the selected subscription automatically renews at the price and billing period shown by Apple or Google unless cancelled through that store before renewal. Eligibility, taxes, price changes, billing, grace periods, refunds, and cancellation follow the store and applicable law. Manage or cancel through the store account; restoring purchases may recover access. Deleting a Mira account or uninstalling the app does not itself cancel a store subscription.

Third-party services and intellectual property

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, OpenAI, AWS, notification networks, and web publishers provide parts of the experience under their own terms. Mira is not responsible for third-party availability or content.

Mira and its original software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms and store rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app. Open-source components remain under their respective licences.

Availability, suspension, and ending use

No uptime, backup, or permanent feature availability is guaranteed. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or maintain the service. You may stop using Mira, cancel any subscription through the store, and request account deletion.

If the service is discontinued, reasonable notice and a practical opportunity to request available data will be provided where feasible.

Responsibility, law, and changes

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Mira is not responsible for indirect loss or loss caused by inaccurate input, AI output, missed reminders, third-party services, events outside reasonable control, or use contrary to these Terms.

Contact alexdeveloper909@gmail.com first about a concern. Disputes may be brought before any court or consumer forum that has jurisdiction under mandatory law. Material Terms changes will use a new version and may require fresh affirmative acceptance; changes are not retroactive unless law requires it.
